I am a current Design Engineer living in Arizona running my own LLC. I went to school for Mechanical Engineering and also have a 2 year degree in Machine Shop Technology. Background comes from both manual and CNC machining. My hobbies include working on motorcycles and cars in the garage to product design on my free time. I am a curious designer aspiring to integrate creativity and manufacturability in all of my work. I have a bachelor's of science in mechanical engineering with a variety of professional experience. I am currently in a rotational program where I try 3 different rotations in a 1.5 year period. I have most notably gained experience designing for additive manufacturing (DfAM), modification for additive manufacturing (MfAM), and designing for machining (not sure if there is an acronym for this).
